From starving artist to Grammy nominated Songwriter/Producer/Engineer, Rob has established himself with his signature warm soulful style, the likes of which can be heard in his collaborations with such artists as of Sia, Labrinth, The Weeknd, Billie Eilish, Cee Lo, James Blake, Andra Day, Haley Reinhart, Pink Sweat$, Quincy Jones, and Many More. Rob works out of his Hollywood studio: Studio Edison. In addition to songwriting Rob is an experienced mix and mastering engineer with credits from Britney Spears, David Guetta, and Kylie Minogue. Other mix credits include the soundtrack of HBO's hit series "Euphoria" by Labrinth. Mastering credits are in the 1000s including the soundtracks for Deadpool & Alien: Covenant. In 2022 Rob did the stereo and Atmos Mastering for the soundtrack to Avatar: The Way of Water, including the Weeknd single “Nothing Is Lost”


His Story

Rob started his career in Chicago, IL. After receiving degrees in music composition and philosophy at Eastern Illinois University, he toured the world performing with the bands Tub Ring, Mindless Self Indulgence, and Super 8 Bit Brothers. Rob currently works out of his Hollywood recording studio: Studio Edison. Another passionate musical endeavor of Rob's is film scoring. Credited to his name are the musical beds for over a dozen independent films, including the scores to Steve Balderson's "Stuck" and "Culture Shock" which both won BEST SCORE 2 years consecutively at the Tribecca Visionfest International Film Festival (2012 and 2013).  The 2010 documentary film "Andalousin Doug" was Rob's directorial debut, a film he also co-produced and did the music for (available on Amazon Prime).  In 2012 he was also responsible for making the music for the infamous Kate Upton Carl's Jr Commercial. Rob currently releases original music under his 2 projects "PrettyDeep" and "Foxxi".
